As TCLSS is born to equip rehabilitated born-again children of God with the necessary tools to preach the gospel, and as TCLSS has as one of its core foundations the objective to build godly character and to train for ministry, a non-discriminatory admission policy will apply. However the following standards must be adhered to. Each prospective student should:

1. Be a born again child of God.

2. Be a member of a church (pentecostal or evangelical).

3. Furnish TCLSS witha letter of recommendation from the pastor of the church.

4. Submit a letter of financial commitment of/or sponsor or student.

5. Write in English, as this is the medium of instruction.
